Swasalert.com service is provided on an
as-is-and as-available basis, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitter.com,
Facebook, AOL, MySpace or the National weather service. SWAS Inc uses feeds provided by
the USGS and the NWS, but just as with any other Internet weather service, SWAS Inc should
not be your sole source of reporting in weather emergencies.
Take the watches you receive from
SWAS Inc. as a notice it’s time to monitor all available sources for any weather
warnings or updates. We strongly advise everyone using SWAS to add a state feed when you
are monitoring a city feed from SWAS, and if your location borders on another state it is
highly advisable that you monitor the bordering state on SWAS as well.
SWAS Inc. reserves the right to block access of
any user to our services for any abusive, disruptive, or violent behavior of any kind.
Swas Inc also reserves the right to restrict access to any of our servers for any media
company or for profit entity that utilizes our feeds without displaying active links, or
proper credit.
